The European Talent Program is a 10-month on-job learning program over Europe. This develops today's talents and makes our future leaders: a great challenge to compete in an international industrial context. This program is meant for graduate and undergraduate students who are determined, ambitious, and ready to embrace the changes of our time.
How will it be?
The European Talent Program gives young professionals an opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
Application requirements
We are looking for students with a degree in the fields of: Logistics/Supply Chain, Human Resources, International Business, Business Information Systems and Sales. The program will be held in English. Knowledge of other languages (such as Italian, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, etc.) will be considered a plus.
The Goal
A program that gives the opportunity to develop innovative projects to optimize the operational flows in the different departments. In addition, it will allow the candidate to discover the main company functions, by collaborating with leading figures throughout Europe.

PRODUCTION PLANNING
MILAN
Realization of the production plan considering the open orders, the production capacity, and the established deadlines to guarantee continued production. It proposes the optimization of processes coordinating the different plants.
PURCHASING
GARGENVILLE
Responsible for the supply of components, services, and projects for new installations to support the respective company departments. Basically, takes care of all group purchases excluding scrap and energy.
SCRAP PURCHASE
SEVILLE
Responsible for the continuous supply of raw materials to satisfy the monthly needs in terms of quality and quantity, respecting the maximum stock and reception capacities in the different plants.
SALES
MILAN
Sale realization and progress control through the whole process from the sale to the delivery of the product, providing customer assistance and complaint management (insertion and monitoring).
HR OFFICE
BERLIN
Lead projects that build organizational culture, as well as administrative activities relating to personnel management, internal staff training, and personal selection.
CHARTERING LOGISTICS
BERLIN
Coordination, control, and optimization of the transportation outside the plants of both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products in continuous coordination with ports, transport companies, and operations departments.
LOGISTICS OPERATIONS
CHARLEROI
Coordination, control, and optimization of the reception and handling inside the plants of both incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products in continuous coordination with the purchasing, sales, and chartering departments.
ADMINISTRATION
SEVILLE
The administration promotes through an organized schema to have the accounting up to date for the company, as well as create support for the overall administration within the different areas.
