The European Steelmill Enhancement Program gives young professionals an opportunity
to grow personally and professionally.
Application requirements
We are looking for students specialized within fields such as
mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and metallurgical engineer
.
The program will be held in English. Knowledge of other languages
(such as Italian, French, German, Spanish, etc.) will be considered a plus.
The Goal
Our program gives you the opportunity to develop innovative projects
to optimize the operational flows in different production areas.
You will collaborate with leading figures throughout Europe allowing
the candidate to discover our main company functions.

Responsible for the steel manufacturing process. This includes supervising furnaces and the smelting of ferrous raw materials, ensuring the quality of the final product.

The maintenance team is in charge of repairing and performing preventive maintenance on machinery and industrial equipment, including regular inspections and solutions to prevent failures and production stoppages.
