The European Steelmill Enhancement Program is a 12-month on-job learning program throughout Europe. A great challenge to compete in an international industrial context. This program is meant for graduate and undergraduate students who are passionate, ambitious, flexible, and ready to embrace the dynamics of our time.
How will it be?
The European Steelmill Enhancement Program gives young professionals an opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
Application requirements
We are looking for students specialized within fields such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and metallurgical engineer . The program will be held in English. Knowledge of other languages (such as Italian, French, German, Spanish, etc.) will be considered a plus.
The Goal
Our program gives you the opportunity to develop innovative projects to optimize the operational flows in different production areas. You will collaborate with leading figures throughout Europe allowing the candidate to discover our main company functions.

Responsible for the steel manufacturing process. This includes supervising furnaces and the smelting of ferrous raw materials, ensuring the quality of the final product.
MAINTENANCE MILL

The maintenance team is in charge of repairing and performing preventive maintenance on machinery and industrial equipment, including regular inspections and solutions to prevent failures and production stoppages.
ROLLING MILL

Handles the shaping and forming of steel products through rolling, ensuring equipment operation, product quality, and the achievement of production targets.
TECHNICAL OFFICE
SEVILLE
Provides technical support, develops process improvements, conducts analyses, ensures compliance with industrial standards, and manages all projects.
SCRAP
MONTEREAU
Responsible for the collection, sorting, and processing of scrap metal, to ensure that the scrap meets the required specifications for recycling into new steel.
